Retrome

L'Eixample

Tucked into the quieter (eastern) side of La Dreta de L'Eixample, wonderfully original Retrome has a cosy, homey, retro-chic feel. The 15 stylishly antique-y rooms (king-sized beds, balconies, record players) are spread across two late-19th-century townhouses, with original features such as floor tiles offsetting vintage furnishings from the 1960s and 1970s. There's complimentary coffee plus a cafe-reception where staff dish out advice.
