L'Eixample

A typical 1st-floor L’Eixample apartment now contains eight rooms with 4.5m-high ceilings and parquet floors; some with little street-facing balconies. Bathrooms are along the corridor (one for every two rooms). Noise from neighbouring rooms can be an issue, however, and wi-fi is patchy. The two-person apartment has a private bathroom and kitchenette. Minimum stay is two nights (four during festivals/events).

The terracotta-tiled communal terrace catches the afternoon sun.
