Under the command of Michelin-starred Asturian chef Jaime Uz, this 'sidrería gastronómica' delivers tip-top Asturian cooking with an original touch, plus a big variety of ciders, wines and cocktails. Standout dishes include superbly tender solomillo de vaca (beef tenderloin), the octopus-and-pigs'-trotters guiso (stew), and cachopo (Asturian speciality of breaded veal stuffed with ham, cheese and vegetables), made traditionally or with hake.
The space is neat, unpretentious and pristine, with stone and brick walls, wood-topped square tables (some on a mezzanine), and bubbling tanks with big spider crabs.
