Take a short detour from the Senda del Oso to eat at this wonderfully rustic, stone-walled, wood-beamed restaurant at the south end of Proaza. Diners crowd in for skillets of potatoes, eggs, sausages, ham and peppers, bean stews, wild game specialities including venison and wild boar, and a few vegetarian options.
