Classics such as fabada asturiana (bean, meat and sausage stew) and cachopo de setas al Cabrales (veal stuffed with wild mushrooms and Cabrales cheese) are served at sturdy wood tables. Order ahead for delicacies such as cabrito guisado (stewed kid goat).
