The front bar is a boisterous sidrería (cider bar) for snacking on tapas (€6 to €9) or raciones, accompanied by free-flowing cider. For sit-down dining, head to the spacious back room with mural-covered ceilings. The food in both parts is wide-ranging and very good, with fish – like wild sea bass, or pixín (monkfish) in barnacle sauce – a specially strong suit.
Excellent vegetarian dishes include giant veg-tempura platters and beautifully prepared salads.
