A jerezano couple with an eye for interiors runs this adults-only boutique bolthole on the fringes of Vejer's old town. In the 11 all-different rooms, antique doors morph into bedheads, mismatched vintage tiles dot polished-concrete floors, and cheeky features include glass-walled showers and, for several, freestanding baths. The rooftop terrace, where Vejer-produce breakfasts are served, opens up sprawling old-town panoramas.
