Casa Juan

Now a stylishly contemporary space looking out on southern El Palmar's beach, long-established Casa Juan specialises in elegant renditions of Atlantic bluefin almadraba tuna, from atún encebollado (stewed with onions) to grilled tuna belly. Other Cádiz favourites include tortillitas de camarones (shrimp fritters), payoyo cheese, grilled prawns and fresh fish.
