El Churrasco

Córdoba

Famed for its churrasco cordobés (pork tenderloin grilled over oak charcoal, with Arabic sauces), this is the place to head for a carnivorous feast, as your nostrils will affirm as you approach. The menu ranges over many meat and fish dishes, up to Galician chuletón (a huge beef chop). Dine in a classic Cordoban patio, or the wood-beamed upper room.

You can also take many of the dishes as raciones or tapas in the busy bar area.
