This traditional tapas bar looks the part perfectly with its hanging hams, kitschy religious paintings and upturned barrels. In keeping with the look, the menu is defiantly old school, featuring regional favourites such as carrillada de cerdo (slow-cooked pork cheeks), and spinach with chickpeas (a Carmona speciality).
