Alquería de Morayma

On a 40-hectare estate of organic vineyards, fruit trees and woodland, this comfortably rustic farmstead makes a gorgeous rural retreat. Wood-beamed ceilings, stone-flagged floors and colour-painted arches adorn the all-different rooms and apartments (some in outlying buildings). Own-label wines and olive oil feature in the wonderful season-inspired restaurant, and there's a library plus hikes from the doorstep. It's 2km south of Cádiar.
