The 'Cat's Mill' is easily the most interesting setting for a drink in Albarracín. Built around a 15th-century riverside mill (underneath the tourist office), it has water gushing beneath a glass floor, and the vine-shaded courtyard is a fine place to nurse a drink; there are a dozen different types of beer.
