This popular gostilna (inn-like restaurant) is about 1.5km from the bus station (a 15-minute walk) in the charming village of Stara Loka. It serves authentic traditional Slovenian cooking in an informal tavern setting; prepare for stomach-expanding portions of steaks, pork cutlet and homemade sausage. There's an alfresco terrace too.
