St Magnus Bay Hotel

This wonderful wooden mansion was built in 1896. The owners are involved in an ongoing renovation – a major project – to return it to former glories, and are doing a great job. Try for a renovated room, but all are winningly wood-clad, and half also boast big windows taking full advantage of the fine water views. The bar serves food all day until 9pm.
