One of Blairgowrie's most popular eateries, the Dalmore finds inventive ways to present the best of local produce, with dishes such as Arbroath smokie (hot-smoked haddock) and smoked-trout risotto, and braised leg of rabbit with madeira jus. The inn is on the southern edge of town, on the A93 towards Perth.
