Around 10km from Taif’s airport, the refurbished InterContinental is Taif's only international-standard hotel. The entrance of this '70s-chic place is arranged like a classical North African riad (open central courtyard), with balconies looking down on a central fountain. Rooms are beautifully decorated with renaissance-style European furniture, giving them an old-world elegance, and the restaurant is of a high standard.
