In a town where so many successful restaurants are expat-owned, it's nice to see Puerto Rican–helmed La Cambija doing well. Locals and tourists mix around the bar, or at the informal, open-air tables, feasting on pinchos (marinated pork and plantain kebabs) or a fillet of mahi-mahi. It's packed in the evenings, with a bubbly Puerto Rican feel.
