Eatalia

The cuisine in this upmarket restaurant is very much Italian influenced, but the really interesting stuff begins with the meats, which are mostly slow-cooked sous vide (under vacuum). Despite the formal atmosphere, Eatalia still manages to provide a relaxed dining experience, and tables along the side and out the back will allow those eating alone to feel comfortable.
