From the outside this looks like the worst kind of Socialist-era slab but the renovated rooms inside have only occasional reminders of Poland’s yesteryear hospitality industry. Chunky radios and the odd noisy fridge aside, the small rooms are well maintained. Book ahead as this place fills up even in midwinter. It’s located just off the main Plac Grunwaldzki.
