For a blast of old-world style in sometimes slightly gritty Szczecin, seek out this little-touted restaurant with its romantically aristocratic decor and long menu of excellent Polish and international dishes prepped and plated by a skilful chef. Subscribers to the Slow Food movement, ingredients are as seasonal as possible. The matured beef tenderloin for two comes highly recommended.
