King of Barcelona’s third-wave coffee scene, Nømad is known for its seasonally sourced, small-batch, Barcelona-roasted beans and experimental techniques. Owner and barista Jordi Mestre was inspired by his time in London and, at this snug, minimalist, lab-style cafe, it’s all about coffee tastings and expertly poured espresso, flat whites, cold brews and Aeropress (€2 to €5).
