Arguably St Pauli's most prestigious table, Clouds, on the 23rd floor of the Tanzende Türme, is an elegant space with marvellous views out over the city. The menu is dominated by steaks and a few French touches; you'll need to book ahead at all times and dress nicely. After your meal, head upstairs to Heaven's Nest.
