The Royal Library's ground-floor cafe delivers a short menu of cheap, fresh bites, with one soup, a couple of salads and sandwiches, and no shortage of naughty cakes and pastries for a mid-afternoon high. The coffee is acceptable and the harbourside deckchairs are a top spot to soak up some rays on those sunny summer afternoons.
