This Italian trattoria, located poolside at the Lazy Parrot Inn but masterminded by different people, is one of the best pizza stops on the island. The decent cracks at wheels of dough, mozzarella and tomato are straight out of a wood-fired brick oven and prepared with bundles of TLC.
