Brambuk Bushfood Cafe

Within the Brambuk Cultural Centre, this cafe is a must for those who have yet to sample native Australian flavours such as wattle seed, lemon myrtle and bush tomato. Expect items such as saltbush lasagne, kangaroo pies, grilled emu and wattle-seed damper. The bush-food platter ($25) is a good choice if you'd like to sample a bit of everything.
