Inside the glass-roofed passage des Panoramas, Racines (meaning ‘Roots’) occupies a former 19th-century marchand de vins (wine merchant’s; look up to admire the gold lettering above the door). There's an excellent choice of organic and natural vins with shelves of wine bottles, patterned floor tiles and a blackboard-chalked menu that invariably features one meat, fish and vegetarian main each day.
