The Estates is the oldest theatre in Prague, with performances taking place uninterrupted since 1783, and famed as the place where Mozart conducted the premiere of Don Giovanni on 29 October 1787. This, and other Mozart operas, are regularly performed here, along with a range of classic opera, ballet and drama productions.
