The giant tarpon that swim right up to this open-sided waterfront restaurant put on quite a show. The buzzy bar and seafood are other reasons to come here – just-caught mahi-mahi and snapper are joined by crab cakes and shrimp salads. Steak makes a great alternative. All round, the flavors are refreshingly bold. Conga drummers shake things up on Saturday nights.
