The original 1875 brasserie at the Ritz-Carlton was moved here from southern France and is anchored by an open kitchen where toqued chefs turn out Berlin and central European classics using vegetables and herbs grown on their own organic fields.

For a treat, book ahead for the legendary Sunday brunch (12.30pm to 3.30pm September to May; €115) with bottomless champagne.
