One of the best fine-dining restaurants in the Visayas, classy Anzani is the perfect location for a special meal with sweeping views of the city from its terrace. Pasta dishes are around P475, while meat and fish choices such as Norwegian salmon or olive-crusted New Zealand rack of lamb (P1800) really ramp up the pesos. Set menus are good value.
