It's run by second-generation Chinese restaurateurs using cherished family recipes emphasizing fresh ingredients and sauces without food coloring or additives. The results are delicious, with soups that are light and fragrant; shrimp empanadas with a nice chewy texture; and stir-fries cooked just right. For dessert, try the gelatin with fig honey.
