The finest northern Peruvian cuisine in Lima is served at this busy establishment on Miraflores’ eastern edge. The arroz con pato a la chiclayana (duck and rice Chiclayo-style) is achingly tender and ceviche a la brasa gets a quick sear so it's lightly smoky, yet tender. It has to be eaten to be believed.
