Surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, Crater Valley's eight guest rooms are all different and executed with varying degrees of care. All feature stone floors, glass-brick showers and patios with hammocks. The honeymoon suite (US$230 to US$260) has a private garden and is a delight. You won't have to travel far to view wildlife: the fish and frog ponds are teeming.
