Our favorite new place for a bite and a sip, this English-owned seafront bar-restaurant with balcony seating serves excellent ceviche, cazuela de mariscos (seafood casserole) and cocktails. On Fridays, there's fish and chips for just US$8. Expect a very warm welcome.
