This modern brick hotel is said to be built on the grounds where the family matriarch once tended her chickens. It has 18 comfortable rooms decorated in earth tones with tile floors, flat-screen TVs and a few balconies. There's nice outdoor patio seating, but the roadside location can be noisy at times. Expensive for what it is.
