You might expect some cultural dissonance between a Spanish gastronomic kitchen and a sweetly Norwegian wooden house, but it all comes together in a convivial and rather sexy manner. Bon Lio eschews formality but requires commitment: booking is mandatory, as is the tasting menu. Submit, and a multicourse feast of Mediterranean technique, Norwegian produce and occasional Asian flourishes will ensue.
