La Bicicleta Hostal

At this sustainably built hostel in a stellar location, dorms and guest rooms are named after bicycles – try the Tandem for two people, or the Penny Farthing if there's four of you; all are individually styled with inspirational quotes on walls and good beds. There's a lovely hammock-strung garden and a guest kitchen, but the biggest shout-out goes to the super-helpful staff.
