Sociable without being a party hostel, Casa Lula is a budget traveler favorite, largely through the efforts of hosts Eric and Selina and the knowledgeable, helpful staff. There's a strong emphasis on outdoor activities, a large garden to chill out in, a well-equipped kitchen and spotless rooms (with big lockers in the dorm).
