Mission Bay has long been a mediocre dining destination, but this recent opening in the heritage Melanesian Mission building is definitely worth the harbourside journey from the city along Tamaki Dr. Seafood is highlighted in shared plates including kingfish ceviche and Cloudy Bay clams, and an Italian influence informs other dishes such as grilled octopus, squid-ink spaghetti and lamb shoulder.
