Anglers, or anyone wanting an escape to nature, will love this rustic fishing camp perched on a hill overlooking Lake Cahora Bassa. Choose between camping; basic, somewhat faded chalets on the densely vegetated hillside; and a self-catering houseboat. It’s all very no-frills, but the morning scenery on the lake at the base of the property (there’s no beachfront) is beautiful.
The restaurant serves delicious grilled fish, and boats are available for fishing charters (Mtc7700 for two people) and for lake tours up towards the dam (Mtc1725). It’s about 14km from Songo and 6km beyond the dam.
