Zeitoun Cafe

Marrakesh

Tajine options don't vary much among restaurants in Marrakesh, but Zeitoun Cafe offers up lesser-known options, such as tajine makfoul with tomato and onion chutney, grilled almonds, and beef; vegetable tajine with argan oil; or fish tajine with saffron and olives. Service can be a bit slow, but if you snag a seat on a cosy banquette overlooking the Kasbah Mosque, who's clock-watching?

There's also a kids menu (Dh50).
