Outside Azrou with lovely mountain views, this farm produces organic fruit juice, jams and honey. The five pretty rooms are comfortable with double-glazed windows, central geothermal heating and solar-powered hot water, perfect for snowy winters. Meals cost from Dh125 to Dh300 and the menu is inventive, including Swiss fondu, local mushrooms and trout. Vegetarians are well catered for.
