A 16th-century Catholic church has been turned into a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel. The eight rooms mix up church architecture, vintage furniture and modern Moroccan design. There are five more rooms at the nearby La Capitainerie, a former harbour master’s office that served as the American consulate until 1896, along with a great seafood-focused restaurant.
