For the guilty pleasure of staying in a real tequila distillery, reserve one of the two-dozen oversized 'barrels’ (that's what barricas means) scattered in a large plantation of blue agave. The stylish rooms have two beds, modern bathrooms and some interesting artwork. They're a bit airless but nothing the air-conditioning won't correct.
