Pre-Hispanic fare is the specialty of this cantina-style restaurant where you can sample maguey (agave) worms, chapulines (grasshoppers) and escamoles (ant larvae). Wash it all down with flavored pulque (a fermented agave drink, aka 'the blood of the gods'). Menu items such as crocodile and gar are farm raised.
