La Falaise Rouge

Reached through an attractive honour guard of palm trees between Mahébourg and View Grand Port, La Falaise Rouge combines good food with stunning views – a surprisingly rare combination in Mauritius outside the resorts. Their speciality is venison, but they also do Creole pork sausages, seafood, salads and soups. The views from the clifftop are exceptional.
