The Auberge de St Aubin has three rooms in the plantation manse across from the main building of the estate. The bedroom at the front perfectly captures the charming colonial ambience, with creaky wooden floors and cotton gauze over the four-poster bed. The two rooms out the back are more modern, with a little less character.
