Learn how rum is made at this interesting operation perched on a hillside amid sugarcane fields on St-Pierre's northern outskirts. Self-guided tours, with signs in English, are on offer. In the tasting room you can sample the products, including rhum vieux (vintage rum), the Mercedes of Martinique rums, which truly rivals cognac. There's an on-site restaurant.
