Named after a historic ferry that used to cross between Gozo and Malta, Bancinu celebrates a position above the harbour with knockout renditions of traditional Mediterranean flavours. Begin with a delicate starter of whitebait fritters on rucola (arugula) and then move on to homemade octopus panzotti (a stuffed pasta). Leave room for a dessert of apple and cinnamon tart.
