Good Taste Bah Kut Teh

Bah kut teh literally means 'meat, bone, tea', and in much of Malaysia you can expect pork (and pork innards) in a fragrant herbal soup. Good Taste does it the Sandakan way, serving the likes of cuttlefish bah kut teh and prawn bah kut teh, though the traditional belly pork, simmered in an earthy, rich, dark broth, is tops.
